Scene 4 Part 3 Sailing!

Scene 4 Part 3

As I hoped Scene 4 is progressing quicker than Scene 3 alreadying reaching the one minute mark. The rest of Scene 4 consists of mostly lip sync, however what's going to cnsume all my time is the complex animated loops I am about to do. Things such as Boro rowing the boat from different angles. For the time being here are some screenshots from Scene 4 part 2:

Character Revealed!

(A Dead end in the Cave?)

Matt and Puddles meet a guide who goes by the name of 'Boro'. As a sea fairer living far from shore he has to make do with what materials he can find for clothes, thus having an odd array of colours and design. Boro talks very much like a pirate and considers himself as one, he may look a little rough but he is a gentle and helpful man.

Mystery Guide!

Matt and Puddles meet a strange man announcing himself as their guide out of the City. But can Matt and Puddles trust this odd fellow?

Start of Scene 4

I have now started on Scene 4 and am now 9 seconds in, I am hoping that this scene will be produced quicker than the larger scene 3. Here are two uninteresting screenshots:

Scene 3 Near completion!

A few seconds of Lip sync and added sound effects then I will have completed Scene 3. Going on to the next scene where Matt and Puddles meet a key character in the story, Scene 4 will involve lots of water animation, new animated actions to attempt. As well as a special lighting section, here's a screenshot of scene 3 near its end:

End of Scene 3 part 4

I have just finished Scene 3 part 4 and now moving on to the fifth and final part of Scene 3. It has turned out to be a much longer scene than expected, so far being 2 minutes long.

Scene 3- Off the Ferry!

I am now animating the part of Scene 3 where Matt and Puddles exit the ferry, as I predicted due to angles and complex movement the scenes progess is really quite slow but I am hoping it will speed up now. Here's a screenshot of the two characters on the ferry:

Sand, Sea and Start of the Adventure

Onto the adventurous part of Scene 3, where Matt and Puddles have left their island and turning back is not an option. Due to angled shots and precise animation the rest of this scene will be quite a task to get through so I am expecting progress to slow down.

Scene 3- On to The Ferry!

I am now at the part where Matt and Puddles are getting onto the ferry and I hope to get some really nice angled Cinematic shots, here's a screenshot of a shot freshly completed:

(The Ferry doesn't allows animals so Matt must hide Puddles in his bag, however Puddles does not approve of this)
